My Houston Roofer is a connection service, not a roofing company. We introduce Houston-area homeowners to independent roofing contractors. Homeowners use the service at no cost. Contractors in the network pay for the connection.

How the phone service works

One call starts the process. You call (619) 775-3787 and describe your roofing job to a roofing specialist. The specialist passes your details to a contractor in our network who serves your area. The contractor calls you back to discuss the job and provide pricing. From that callback onward, you deal with the contractor directly.

What this service is not

We are not the contractor, and we do not perform roofing work. We do not hire crews, supervise jobs, pull permits, or inspect completed work. Your agreement for the roofing work sits entirely between you and the contractor you hire.

Contractors are independent

Every contractor in our network is an independent business. We do not control their prices, schedules, materials, crews, or workmanship. We do not warrant, guarantee, or take responsibility for their work. A contractor's presence in our network is not an endorsement of any specific result.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for choosing your contractor and checking their work. Ask for license details, insurance proof, and references before work starts. Read the contractor's written quote and contract before signing. Confirm that permits are pulled where required. Compare more than one quote when the job is large. We make the introduction. You make the decision.

Pricing and payment

You pay the contractor directly for the roofing work. We never add fees to the contractor's price, and the contractor never adds our referral fee to your bill. We do not guarantee prices, because contractors set their own rates. Price ranges shown on this site are market estimates, not quotes for your roof. Only the contractor's written quote is a price you can hold them to.

No warranty on contractor work

We do not guarantee the quality, timing, or outcome of any contractor's work. Disputes about workmanship, damage, delays, or unfinished jobs are between you and the contractor. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent contractors in our network. Any warranty on the work comes from the contractor, in writing, in your contract with them.

Acceptable use

Use this site and phone line for genuine roofing inquiries. Do not submit false contact details. Do not use the service to harass contractors. Do not request introductions you do not intend to act on. Misuse can result in refusal of future service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision. Material changes get a fresh date, so you can see exactly when they took effect. Check the revision date at the top of the page when you visit. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
